At Rebecca Noff, some of our pieces are bespoke orders while others are part of a ready collection. 

As such, we offer a 7 business days returns and exchanges on off the rack collections only. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for bespoke orders and orders that have been personalized by way of engraving. 

We want you to love your piece and so at Rebecca Noff, we are committed to that. To exchange a piece, please email customerservice@rebeccanoff.com to begin the process and our client service agent will assist you in processing your exchange. If you'd like a refund, please allow up to 7 business days to process and verify your order. All orders sent back for refunds must be in the original box, unworn and without damage. Your refund will take place within 2 to 3 business days after that. Damaged jewelries are not subject to a refund.
