OUR PROCESS
This is where the process begins. Here, you get a personalized, no obligation 45minutes consultation where we get to understand your vision and ideas and work with you to explore the best ways to bring those ideas to life.
Once you decide to commission us for your piece, the next step is design which is where the magic happens. With the cues received from you, we will provide three rough sketches to help you visualize your piece. Once the design is agreed upon, we curate an exclusive selection of diamonds for you to select from while guiding you through the intricacies of each stone. At this stage, we kindly request a deposit and you will be presented with a 3D mock up of your design for your approval.
At this stage in the process, your final, approved designs go straight to our trusted artisan's bench. For us, the art is in the detail. All our rings are handcrafted by skilled artisans in our workshop with time tested jewelry making techniques. Our customs rings are typically ready in 3 to 4 weeks which does not include consultation and design period which can take up to 2 weeks for a total of 5 to 6 weeks.
Your final piece will arrive in our specially designed packaging, complete with the GIA certificate authenticating your center diamond, a branded polishing cloth and a traveling pouch. All shipments are fully insured for safety.
